At Seese Pro (KLAAST), we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Seese Pro account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
